The WA Maritime Museum showcases the rich maritime history of the Western Coast of Australia. Perched on the Indian Ocean, its collection includes America’s Cup Winning Yacht, Australia Ⅱ and Jon Sander’s Perry Endeavour.
IVG was engaged to provide a report on Operational Improvement Strategies. Our role included an analysis of the current structure, positions and workflows, together with a series of recommendations to improve the performance of the museum operationally and commercially.
We were then subsequently engaged further to provide an Operations Plan for the Venue including detailed guidance on how all functional areas should operate.
