Working closely with the Department of State, IVG managed all operational elements of the USA Pavilion at Expo 2020 Dubai, including VIP and Business Programs, Visitor Services, Staffing, Logistics and Maintenance, Catering, Public F&B, Retail, Technical Services and Decommissioning.
We also delivered the United States National Day, provided media and communication services, and recruited and serviced the Pavilion partners.
To manage this project, we recruited and managed a diverse team of 300 staff, from 43 nationalities speaking 32 languages.
This appointment followed a three phase consultancy that IVG undertook for the Department of State in Los Angeles, Washington DC, and the UAE.
