TSB Arena was built on the historic Queen’s Wharf in Wellington, its design reflecting the original wharf buildings on site. With such a prime location and a venue with the capacity to serve as a cultural hub for the community, it was important to expand operations so this venue could reach its potential.
IVG was engaged to improve all elements of this arena located on the spectacular Wellington Waterfront.
Our role saw the venue introduce a new organisational structure, improved catering, better backstage facilities, improved promoter relationships, and a higher profile in key markets for the Centre.
During our tenure the TSB Arena became the busiest and most successful venue in New Zealand. It now runs a full program of conferences, exhibitions, music, and sporting events.
