IVG was retained by Rugby Australia to develop a new grass roots introduction to Rugby Union across the country.
Our role included designing a new approach to clubs and rugby communities engaging with young players and families, workshopping new participation based opportunities with Rugby Australia, running test markets and ultimately the successful roll out of the Program nationally.
