IVG was retained by Aramco to develop a Concept of Operations for the Kingdom’s proposed pavilion at Expo 2020 Dubai.
Our report provided recommendations across nine key functional areas of the Pavilion, including Operations, VIP services, Food and Beverage and Retail.
We were also retained to assist in the development of the Retail Store including design review, range input, workforce planning, and development of the training program.
