When the City of Hobart decided to design and build a new international standard aquatic centre, both the local community and the Australian elite swimming community were excited.
After incurring some delays and issues in the pre-opening process, the City called on IVG to look after the pre-opening and the first year of operations.
When we handed back the facility to the City of Hobart, it enjoyed an outstanding staff team, an active and large membership and local community usage base, and had hosted several major events successfully including the Australian Swimming Championships.
