IVG was retained to develop an Opportunity Report and Feasibility Study for the proposed Hanoi Convention Centre.
Our report included analysis of the State of Play and Economic Impact of the Business Events Sector, a review of precinct development opportunities and trends in venue design, an overview of delegate behaviour and needs, and an assessment of financial considerations and management models.
Our work also included a review of the development of a possible multipurpose Arena in conjunction with the Convention Centre and overview of recent venue developments in the region.
