Our role at the Centre included transforming its day to day operations to be more user friendly, improve services to users, improve commercial performance and deliver better health and safety standards across the business.
Centennial Parklands were impressed that all targets established for the Centre in the IVG development business plan were achieved on target or in many cases ahead of time.
