IVG was retained by the Victorian Government to transform the operating performance of this important state venue.
During our multi-year involvement at the Centre we were able to introduce new hirers and events, significantly improve F&B and catering, and make a range of facility improvements.
The State Baseball and Softball Centre, under our guidance, was able to reassume its rightful position as one of the premier venues for baseball and softball in the country.
